The Limited Release Collectors Edition 2 CD Set:
Special collection of rarities, including unreleased tunes and demos: Rick’s writers demos ( from 1979 ) of the entire ‘Working Class Dog’ album, recorded in his house in Glendale CA, just after each song was written. These are 4 track demos and Rick plays and sings everything. There are extra parts to some familiar songs as well as different lyrics at times and an overall, down-home, funky feel! Plus 3 unreleased tracks from 1983 - ‘Smile for the Camera’ from the ‘Living in Oz’ demo sessions, and ‘The Human Sea’ and ‘LIO’ from the ’Tao’ demo sessions.
This Double CD includes in studio performances by Dave Whiston and Rick playing "Christmas Eve in Memphis" ( an unreleased blues song written by Rick ) and ‘My Fathers Chair’ (new studio version).
Also Contains original artwork on the inside fold out of the CD. Embedded personal video of Rick from the Karma Tour, both on and off stage, including video of the band on the road as well as t (Mac and PC compatible).
Each has been Handsigned and hand numbered by Rick.
Only 5500 of these CDs will be printed for the fans, then the masters will BE DESTROYED. The mass market CD will not will not contain the 2nd CD, plus it will not have one of the tracks from the special edition. |
