Same Great Products - Same Great Service - But a completely redesigned website, shopping cart, mail and web server, and tons of new features! This New site runs faster, more efficient, and is much easier to use!
Being a completely new package, we've decided NOT to transfer customer and other information over from the old site - you will need to set up a new account ( or you can always browse and buy as a guest of course ). But that will only take a minute or two - and will ensure that all of your information is up to date and correct.
Gift Certificates from the old site will NOT work on this site - this site has a completely different way of dealing with ( and we hope a completely better way of dealing with ) Gift Certificates. If you have a valid Gift Certificate from our old site - you will have to use it within the next 60 days. Old Gift Certificates will be valid until May 15th, 2008. At that point, all open Gift Certificates will be deleted from the old system and will become useless. We will be shutting down, forever, the old server at that point.
To use a Gift Certificate from the old site, please email us the GC PIN number to confirm that it's valid, and the balance left on the GC, and we will refund the balance to you, via PayPal on your next order. Please though notify us first of any purchase you plan to use an old GC on, so we can watch for your order and refund the balance to you.
You will also notice that we've added 1st Class Mail Shipping. The weight restrictions on 1st Class Mail limit it's use to CD's, DVD's and other items that total less than 13 ounces total for shipping, but for those of you buying a single CD or DVD, our new shipping charges will be much less than they were previously.
We've also added Rick's Limited & Special Edition CD's to the shopping cart here. You can now purchase a Limited or Special Edition CD and process it through the shopping cart for full tracking info, emailed receipt, etc.
We still have a little work to do on this site, graphics to add, etc., but feel free to browse around, set up a new account, and get a feel for the new shopping cart.

4-25-08 - Written in Rock CD's are back in stock!
4-22-08 - The Cherokee, NC Concert at the Harrah's Cherokee Casino has been re-confirmed to 6-21-08. All Sound Check Passes from the original 6-7-08 date will be moved to that date, and we have 2 VIP Platinum Passes, as well as a few autographed guitars now available for that date. Cherokee, NC is now 6-21-08.
4-21-08 - Rick's New CD is now available for pre-sale at www.amazon.com - We will NOT be selling the CD on www.ricksmerch.com until after the official release date.
The reason is Rick is trying very hard to get this CD into the charts. By purchasing the CD at amazon.com, the sales figures count towards charting. Purchasing from www.ricksmerch.com does not count for charting purposes being that we do not report our sales to RIAA or Sound Scan.
Please help support Rick in his efforts to get this new CD into the charts!
